  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 4 cloves of garlic

Preparation

  1. Pour the water into a saucepan, filling up to half of it. Put it on medium heat and add a little salt (to taste).
  2. Prepare the Brussels sprouts, cleaning them well. Tear off the thick leaves from the outside and cut the stem a bit. Once you have them ready, and as long as the water is already boiling, add them to the pot.
  3. Let them boil for about 12 minutes and after this time check if they are well cooked, pricking them with a fork or knife.
